These are some of my most frequently asked client questions.

 

+ Should every business be on social media?

It is important to do what is appropriate for your business and not simply to do something because you think it is what is expected. I will help you to analyse your target market and determine which social media platform will be the best fit for your business and your target audience.

+ Should I be on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook?

It depends which channels your customers use. If your target audience is on all three channels then you need to be as well. I can help you to work out the best approach for your business and together we can put together a plan for success.

+ I find social media very time consuming what can you do to help?

Gaining clarity on your target audience, message and business objectives will help to reduce the amount of time you spend thinking about social media. I can review your current activity and make recommendations which will reduce the time it takes to be effective on social media.

+ How often should I be posting on social media?

There is no magic number. Every business is different and it depends on what you are trying to achieve. I can help you plan your activity so you have maximum impact with every post.

+ I don’t know where to start, what should I do?

Relax. I know social media can seem overwhelming but I can simplify things for you. Start with an hour’s Clarity Session with me. I will help you gain perspective and get clear on simple actions you can implement straight away which will help you to feel in control.

+ I use Facebook but I can’t get my head around Twitter. Can you help?

First of all I will help you to determine if using Twitter will be an appropriate strategy for your business. If it is, I can develop a bespoke training package to meet your needs. This will be delivered either in one three hour session or two 90 minute sessions. I will soon have you feeling confident about using Twitter and reaping the rewards of your efforts.

+ How can I get more followers on Instagram?

Gaining more followers is just one way of measuring success on Instagram. I will analyse your account to get a better understanding of your business objectives and whether the number of followers is the main metric to be monitoring. I can then help you create the most appropriate strategy to meet your needs, which if appropriate, will include how to attract more followers.

How do I pay?

All services require a pre-payment. Payments for SMM are monthly and to be paid by the 28th of each month. Invoices are produced in advance with payment required within 7 days, work will not be carried out until payment is received.

General onboarding process:

  1. Once the service has been agreed there may be a series of questionnaires and a further discovery call to ensure that all elements of the service are covered.

Onboarding process for Social Media Management

  1. Social Media Management (SMM) is based on a minimum 3-month contract with 1-month notice period to cancel thereafter.

  2. Once a SMM package has been agreed we carry out an on boarding process which can take up to 3 weeks once initial payment has been received.

  3. Call to establish business goals and objectives for Social Media Strategy
    Week 1 & 2: Carry out audit & completion of the strategy document.
    Week 3: Optimisation of platforms & carry out initial testing
    Week 4: Implement the strategy and start posting content.
