During this process, I will show you exercises you can do which will help you refine your ideal customer. Together we will start to construct personas which you will use to develop messages that will speak directly to your customer. A persona is a realistic character that adds a human face to your audience data and statistics. The beauty of using a persona is that it helps you to step into someone else’s shoes and see how they might respond to your brand/product/service.
Setting targets and measuring success
Once you know your target audience, you can start to set goals for what you want to achieve. Are you looking to increase sales or raise awareness of your brand?
Different goals require a different approach.
If you are not clear on what you are setting out to achieve, you will have no way of knowing if your social media activity is worthwhile.
